We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Payroll Officer

We currently provide payroll and pension services to over 150 clients.  We are expanding our payroll team and want to recruit someone with the ability to manage many deadlines and the communication skills to talk to busy people to get the best results.

Key Duties

Assist with processing UK payroll

Deal with all aspects of payroll (sick pay, maternity pay, overtime payments, pension payments, tax code changes, salary amendments, bank detail changes, student loans, bonus payments, child care vouchers, etc)

Ensure all payments to employees, HM Revenue and Customs, pension providers, etc are made accurately and on-time

Essential Criteria

At least 1 – 2 years payroll experience

Good understanding of current UK Payroll and Pension legislation

SAGE 50 Experience

Excellent Word and Excel Skills

Excellent spoken and written communication

Excellent organisational skills

Receptionist

The successful candidate will provide support for the day-to-day operations of the business.  The post holder will ensure that there is effective and efficient administrative support for all aspects of the business within the office and that all clients receive an exceptional customer experience.

Key Duties

Answer all incoming calls on the main switchboard

Welcome clients and visitors into the office

Carryout general administration duties

The successful candidate must have:

5 GCSEs (to include English & Mathematics) or equivalent qualification.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Customer focused approach to work.

Whist we do offer ongoing training and development opportunities, it would be advantageous if you had any previous experience in a Receptionist or similar role.
